FAQs

Q: How often should I change the PRF201 / RF280015 filter?

A: Replace about every 6 months or after 2839 litres (750 gallons), or sooner if taste or flow drops.

Q: Is this the same UltraClarity cartridge used on Bosch-group fridges?

A: PRF201 is the UltraClarity-type bypass cartridge shared across several brands. Match the old cartridge shape and part numbers (PRF201, RF280015, 0060820860, etc.) before fitting.

Q: Do I keep the old filter base handle?

A: Yes – many housings reuse the removable base handle from the old cartridge. Transfer it to the new filter if your old one has a separate handle.

If you are unsure if this is the correct part, message us with your model or the number on the old part and we will advise.
